FAQ

Questions before access

The main questions we hear before teams request beta access: scope, methodology, delivery model, and where this fits inside an institutional workflow.

Answers

What teams usually ask first

This page is meant to remove ambiguity quickly so evaluation can focus on fit, not on reconstructing the product from fragments.

Platform
What is Real Intelligence?
Real Intelligence is a CRE private credit intelligence platform built from primary institutional sources. It delivers normalized debt records, confidence-aware entity resolution, and capital graph intelligence through an API-first model.
Who is it built for?
The platform is built for origination teams, CIO and CRO functions, and quant or alt-data teams that need structured visibility into private credit positions and counterparties.
What makes it different from legacy providers?
Legacy providers usually start from third-party aggregation or equity-centric views. Real Intelligence starts from primary filings and public records, then builds up through normalization, resolution, and graph assembly.
Data
What does the dataset cover?
The current platform covers $1.4T+ in CRE debt normalized across public and private debt regimes, ~125K loans, and a capital graph with 150K+ nodes and 250K+ relational edges.
How often is the data updated?
Source scanning is continuous. Core refreshes roll monthly, deeper enrichment cycles run quarterly, and the historical corpus is rebuilt annually.
How do you handle uncertainty?
Every data point and relationship is confidence-scored. We separate confirmed, inferred, calculated, and unverified outputs so clients can decide how aggressively to use each layer.
Access
How is the platform delivered?
The default delivery model is API-first. The Active tier adds a web terminal and operating interface for teams that want analysis surfaced visually.
Do you provide API documentation?
Yes. The platform includes an OpenAPI 3.1 specification, standard pagination patterns, request tracking, and tier-based access controls.
Can we test it before committing?
Yes. The standard entry path is a beta access period with a data sample scoped to your geographies, workflow, and target use case.
Commercial
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is modular. Start with the Base Layer (public debt, $10K/year) and stack Private Layer, Loan Resolution, and Capital Graphing as needed — or take the Complete Set at $75K/year. UI access and MCP integration are available as add-ons. API delivery is included on every tier.
Do you sell terminal licenses?
Not as the core business model. We avoid opaque seat-based terminal economics and keep the platform anchored in transparent data-access tiers and workflow integration.
Can this fit into our existing stack?
Yes. The platform is designed to drop into internal systems, research workflows, and model pipelines without forcing a terminal-first operating model.
