Most clients start with Scope. You can come in at Build or Run if the earlier work is already done. Every engagement is quoted in writing before it starts.
Strategy and roadmap. Stages: Select and Diagnose.
Find the workflow worth fixing, and measure how it runs today.
| Where you are | You have a list of AI ideas, from loan boarding to client reporting, and no agreed order. Or one workflow that is plainly too slow, and no clear view of why. |
| What we do | We rank the ideas on value and readiness, then map the chosen workflow as it really runs: interviews, observation, and an inventory of the data. Every step is classified as rules, AI-assisted, or human. |
| What we need from you | A senior owner for the result, and time with the people who do the work. |
| How long | Two weeks. |
| Done when | The baseline is agreed with the business owner, and you have our recommendation to go ahead, change the plan, or stop. |
Design, build, and testing. Stages: Design and Prove.
A working system inside the tools you already run, tested against criteria agreed in advance.
| Where you are | You know which workflow it is and how it performs today, from Scope or from your own work. If you come straight to Build, we confirm the baseline and the acceptance criteria with you first. |
| What we do | We redesign the workflow with the lowest level of automation that solves the problem: rules first, AI assistance next, agents only when the work requires them. Then we build it, connect it to your systems, and test it. Every fix reruns the full test set. |
| What we need from you | Agreement on the acceptance criteria before testing starts, sign-off on the design, and access to the systems it connects to. |
| How long | Set at the end of Scope, once the workflow is mapped. |
| Done when | The system meets the acceptance criteria on the agreed test set, with no unacceptable errors. |
Adoption, training, and management. Stages: Pilot and Decide.
The system becomes how the team works, and you decide what happens next.
| Where you are | The build has passed its tests and is ready for live work. Or you already have a working tool, and the analysts, brokers, or servicing staff have gone back to the old way. |
| What we do | Your team uses it on live work under real controls: training, procedures, monitoring, and pause triggers, each with a named owner. We manage the hosted system. Training comes from Alpine Academy, our own program of 21 modules across three tracks. We count hours saved only when they become more output or lower cost. |
| What we need from you | The people who will use it, working on live cases, and an owner who can act on what the pilot shows. |
| How long | Month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice. |
| Done when | People use it without us, there are no unresolved critical incidents, and the value shows against the baseline. |
| Fee | What it covers | How it is set |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | The two-week sprint | Fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts. |
| Build | Design, build, and testing | Fixed fee per build, stated in the statement of work. A deposit may apply. |
| Run | Pilot, training, monitoring, and management of the hosted system | Flat monthly fee, billed in advance. No per-seat charges. |
| Third-party costs | Model usage, hosting, and other services the system depends on | Passed through at cost unless the statement of work says otherwise. |
We do not publish list prices. Every engagement is quoted in writing after a first call. A build fee depends on the workflow: how many steps it has, how many systems it connects to, and how much testing the acceptance criteria call for.
What you own. Custom software, workflows, and configurations built for you become yours on full payment. Alpine keeps the rights to its underlying frameworks, platform, and reusable components. The full wording is in the Services Terms.
| A fit | Not a fit |
|---|---|
| You have a specific workflow that costs time or money today | You want a general AI strategy deck with no workflow in mind |
| Someone senior will own the result | No one can be named as the owner |
| You will let us sit with the people who do the work | You want a tool installed without changing the process |
Thirty minutes on the workflow, and a written quote afterward.
